Assignment Description
In this role, you will actively contribute throughout the entire development process and collaborate closely with the business and other team members. You are expected to take significant personal responsibility for driving your work forward and contributing to the agency's technical solutions.
Your primary responsibilities:
Fullstack Development: Develop, test, and maintain mission-critical systems and microservices in Java.
Frontend & UX: Build and maintain user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks.
Architecture & Infrastructure: Work with database development, container technologies, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Business-Oriented Collaboration: Translate business needs into appropriate technical solutions through close dialogue with teams, clients, and end users.
Agile Methodology: Work actively in agile teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Planning & Travel: Participate in joint planning sessions at the agency's office locations as needed (travel within the assignment is booked by the client).
Mandatory Requirements
Academic degree in IT, software, or programming (or equivalent work experience).
At least 5 years of professional experience as a systems developer with Java as the primary programming language during the last 7 years.
At least 3 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular) during the last 5 years.
At least 3 years of experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot, or equivalent Java frameworks for microservices during the last 5 years.
At least 3 years of experience with database development in PostgreSQL or other relational databases during the last 5 years.
At least 3 years of experience with container-based technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) during the last 5 years.
At least 2 years of experience working in agile teams (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) during the last 5 years.
At least 2 years of experience where testing and test automation are an integrated part of code lifecycle management during the last 5 years.
At least 2 years of experience working with GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD or equivalent) during the last 5 years.

Work Style & Travel: Agile methodology. Travel for joint planning at the client's other location may occur (booked by the agency).
