About the Role As a Senior Power Engineer with expertise in high voltage, you will play a key role in projects related to power grids and substations in the range of approximately 10–130 kV. You will work on technically complex assignments where quality, safety, and regulatory compliance are critical. The role can encompass both design and project management, depending on your background and strengths, and you will be an important part in driving projects from early stages to final delivery. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, often on assignments for grid operators or within their framework agreements. The role includes contributing deep technical expertise, ensuring work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations, and serving as a technical reference during bidding and procurement phases. You are a senior and experienced specialist in high voltage and power grids, with solid background from working on grid and substation projects in the range of approximately 10–130 kV. You are confident in your expertise and accustomed to taking on technical leadership. We see that you: Have extensive experience in high voltage and power grid-related projects Have worked with design and/or project management of grid and substation projects Have documented experience working according to EBR, ESA and relevant laws, regulations and standards Have experience with assignments for grid operators or within their framework agreements Can serve as a technical reference during bidding and procurement phases Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written As a person, you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented.
