In your role as senior electrical design engineer, you will take overall responsibility for electrical design in our projects, from concept phase to final delivery. You will be a key person in the project team and work to develop and ensure quality of solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards. Beyond the technical responsibility, you will also serve as a subproject manager, which means you plan, coordinate, and follow up on work within your area. You maintain close contact with both internal and external stakeholders, ensure that schedules and budgets are maintained, and contribute to the project being delivered with high quality. The role combines technical expertise with leadership and communication, and you will have the opportunity to influence both details and the big picture in our projects. We are looking for someone with solid experience in electrical design within industrial assignments and who is experienced in working with various design tools and relevant standards. You have experience in project management or subproject management and enjoy taking responsibility, driving work forward, and creating structure. Requirements Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design within industrial processes or production facilities Knowledge/Education: Relevant formal education in electrical engineering, electrical design, or electrical power, or equivalent practical experience Good knowledge of documentation tools and ability to handle and understand various customers' requirement specifications and documentation systems Language Skills: Swedish and English in speech and writing Meritorious Work Experience: Experience working in project form, preferably in a leading role in industrial projects Experience distributing tasks to younger team members in the project team Experience with automation projects related to industrial drive systems Process experience from steel and engineering industries as well as energy production Education: Engineering education in electrical engineering, electrical design, or electrical power with industrial focus System Knowledge: Elprocad EPLAN Sitebase Autocad Electrical Additional Information We welcome your application.
