About the Role As Senior Operations Engineer, you are the company's technical specialist in property management, technical installations, and energy optimization. The role is both strategic and operational and involves developing, quality assuring, and improving work methods, technical systems, and energy performance across our property portfolio. You provide qualified support to the Operations Manager, Operations Technicians, and other departments on technically complex matters, and contribute specialized expertise in both daily operations and development and investment projects. You work closely with multiple functions within the company and have an important role in translating technical analyses into concrete improvements that create increased quality, operational reliability, and sustainability. Your Main Responsibilities analyze, monitor, and develop the operation of properties' technical systems optimize energy and resource use and identify improvement measures monitor operational data and analyze technical and financial key performance indicators provide technical specialist support to the operations organization on complex operational issues participate in planning and monitoring of operations-related maintenance contribute specialized expertise to renovation, investment, and development projects participate in budget work, procurement, and contract management within the operations area monitor technology development and contribute to more systematic and data-driven working methods. We're Looking for Someone Who Has relevant higher education in energy, operations technology, installation technology, or another technical field. Alternatively, you have other education and experience that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified work within property management and have a good understanding of how technology, economics, and sustainability work together to create efficient and well-functioning properties. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: good knowledge of property management, operations optimization, and energy optimization experience with technical installations, building automation, and control and monitoring systems experience with analysis, monitoring, and systematic improvement work experience in budgeting, procurement, or project management is a merit knowledge of LOU is a merit good digital skills and experience working with Office and relevant business systems very good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing B-class driver's license Experience with advanced building automation, energy optimization, or complex technical installations is particularly meritorious.
