Senior Client Executive

We're now looking for a senior client executive for our Corporate team in Stockholm. About the role As a client manager at Norion Bank, you'll work with medium-sized companies and be responsible for building and developing your own customer portfolio. You work closely with customers' management and owners, identify financing needs, and drive the entire credit process – from first contact to follow-up. You'll have a business-focused role with significant responsibility, where you combine relationship building with analysis and business acumen. Your main responsibilities Prospect and establish new customer relationships Analyze customers' financing needs Structure and propose customized financing solutions Drive the credit process: negotiation, credit preparation, and decision Ensure agreements, disbursement, and administration Follow up and develop existing customer relationships You'll work closely with functions such as Credit, Legal, and Middle Office. Who are you? We're looking for someone with strong business drive who thrives in a role where you both create new business and deepen existing relationships. You have: University degree in economics or equivalent At least 5–10 years of experience with credit provision to medium-sized companies Experience driving business from first contact to completed deal Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English Experience with receivables financing/factoring To succeed in the role, you are: Business-driven and goal-oriented Relationship-focused and receptive Solution-oriented with good analytical skills Comfortable with prospecting and new customer development ABOUT NORION BANK Norion Bank is a business-focused Nordic financing bank specializing in financing solutions for medium-sized companies and real estate companies.
