Senior CAPEX Buyer - Karlskrona

About the Role We are now looking for an experienced CAPEX/Infrastructure Buyer who will play a central role in working with investments related to production facilities. The focus is on purchasing production-related investments such as tanks, pipelines, process equipment, and other production infrastructure. In this role, you are responsible for the entire sourcing process, from needs analysis and market research to negotiations, contract drafting, and supplier follow-up. You work closely with operations and contribute with both commercial understanding and strategic procurement expertise. Responsibilities Drive sourcing processes from start to finish Manage CAPEX-related investments within production Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations Negotiate commercial terms and establish agreements Collaborate closely with operations, project organizations, and other stakeholders Ensure business-sound and cost-effective solutions We are Looking for You With At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or investment purchasing Experience with CAPEX procurement in manufacturing, production, or process industries Strong understanding of the sourcing process from need to implemented solution Strong commercial skills and experience driving negotiations Experience working in Excel Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP It is a Plus if You Have Experience From: Production environments Pharma FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who: Has an easy time building good relationships and collaborations Is communicative and appreciated by colleagues and stakeholders Thrives in a larger organization and has a business-like, professional approach Can manage multiple parallel projects and priorities simultaneously Is self-driven and solution-oriented About the Assignment Location: Malmö / Karlskrona Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time
