Are you an experienced Business Controller who thrives in a business-oriented role where you get to combine analysis, operations management, and strategic support? We are now seeking a Senior Business Controller for a consulting assignment where you play a key role in ensuring quality and continuity in financial management during a parental leave. This is an assignment for someone who can quickly get up to speed in new operations, create value through qualified analyses, and function as a proactive partner to managers and leadership. About the Assignment As Senior Business Controller, you will have broad responsibility for financial management and operations tracking. You will work closely with the operations and contribute with analyses, decision-making materials, and advice that support the organization's business decisions. This is a consulting assignment through us at Adecco with a start date of 2026-10-12. The assignment is expected to run through 2027-09-15. The assignment is 100% and requires approximately 70% on-site presence. The placement location is at Arlanda. Travel may occur as part of the assignment. Your main responsibilities will include: • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within your area of responsibility. • Develop, coordinate, and follow up on budgets, forecasts, and business plans. • Analyze financial results and key figures and identify deviations and improvement opportunities. • Serve as qualified financial support to managers and leadership. • Develop and present reports, analyses, and decision-making materials. • Participate in development and improvement initiatives within financial management, reporting, and process development. • Contribute to digitalization, automation, and efficiency improvements of the finance function. We are looking for you who have: • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Business Controller, Senior Controller, or similar role. • Solid experience with financial statement work, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking. • Strong analytical ability and experience transforming financial information into business recommendations. • Experience working closely with operations and managers in a consultative business partner role. • Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP and BI systems. • Ability to quickly get up to speed in new operations, processes, and work methods. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and results-oriented. Meritorious Experience: It is a plus if you have experience with: • Change management and process development within the finance area. • Digitalization, automation, and data-driven analysis. • Power BI or similar analysis and visualization tools. • AI-based tools in finance, reporting, or operations management. • Working in larger organizations or group environments.
