Do you want to work close to technology while being a key person in our project deliveries? We are now looking for a senior automation engineer with a focus on programming and commissioning.
At Norconsult, you will work with the development, implementation, and commissioning of control systems in industrial projects and water/wastewater facilities. The projects vary in size and complexity and are conducted in close collaboration with our electrical engineers.
You will be part of an experienced team where we combine programming, engineering, and commissioning, with your role centered on the systems side. You are expected to take greater technical responsibility in assignments, contribute to structure in deliveries, and support less experienced colleagues when needed.
You will primarily work with:
Programming and commissioning of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Troubleshooting, optimization, and further development of existing facilities
Participation in projects from early design to commissioning
Customer dialogue and technical support in projects
Your Profile
We are looking for you who:
Have several years of experience with PLC and/or SCADA programming
Are comfortable with commissioning and work close to facilities
Have a structured work approach and can take technical responsibility in projects
Enjoy collaboration with both customers and colleagues
