Sever Pharma Solutions has grown and expanded significantly. Ten years ago we had

As part of our growth in the field of Automation and Industrial Digitalization, we are
seeking a Senior Automation Process Engineer (OT Architect) who will work with significant
independent responsibility and varied tasks. This role is self-directed with the ambition
to deliver on time with high quality.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include work within the OT domain (Automation):
• Lead requirements gathering from early development to safe and efficient production
• Lead technical trials and equipment qualifications, and develop and review documentation
such as requirements specifications (URS), FAT/SAT, qualification documents and risk
analyses, etc.
• Lead and participate as a technical expert in our development and rollout projects
• Lead and drive standardization
• Manage system requirements and functions within layer 0 to layer 2 (ISA 95)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
The position is permanent.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Automation and Digitalization. You
should have an academic background as a mechanical engineer or equivalent, and at least
10 years of experience in Automation and data-driven production with deep understanding
of real-time communication and machine safety. You have experience translating process
requirements into a technical automated solution. You are fluent in both English and
Swedish, both spoken and written. You have experience negotiating with service and
equipment suppliers and have experience with technical project work in the pharmaceutical
industry (GMP) or equivalent.
As a person, you take great responsibility for your work tasks. You are self-directed,
thorough, and flexible with a positive and professional attitude toward your work and
colleagues. You communicate easily since you will be working broadly and cross-functionally
within the company because we work as ONE TEAM.
