Senior Agile Coach at Quest Consulting

Assignment Description In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategic change management and practical team coaching. You will seamlessly transition between training, coaching, and supporting decision-makers to ensure that agile methodologies are not only implemented, but anchored and embedded in daily operations. Your main responsibilities: Strategic Support: Join the project's core team and support project management in designing, adjusting, and driving the plan for agile transformation. Training & Coaching: Plan and deliver training on agile frameworks and principles, and coach teams in daily ceremonies, collaboration, and maturity development. Product Ownership: Support product owners in strategic, tactical, and operational backlog management and collaboration with teams. Tools & Monitoring: Practically configure and monitor work in Azure DevOps (backlog, planning, and measurability). Change Management: Identify obstacles to agile maturity, propose measures, and track and communicate the effects of the transformation. Mandatory Requirements Multiple years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in large-scale transformation projects. Documented experience training and coaching in agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Documented experience with Azure DevOps configuration and practical work with backlog management (strategic, tactical, and operational), planning, and tracking in the tool. Deep understanding of agile transformation beyond ceremonies/roles and experience managing how agile work interacts with traditional project management in hybrid environments. Experience supporting project management in designing and driving change plans. Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable Requirements Experience from energy, industrial, or other IT/OT-adjacent sectors. Experience with large-scale IT transformations, digitalization programs, or scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Experience building agile coaching teams or Communities of Practice (CoP). Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, CSP, PMI-ACP). Personal Qualities You are pedagogical, confident, and attentive with the ability to meet resistance with curiosity rather than confrontation. You are clear in your communication and can balance supportive coaching with constructive challenge when needed. The role requires high integrity, excellent collaboration skills, and genuine commitment to helping both individuals and the organization grow.
