Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a positive difference in people's lives? In this role, you will make a real difference and work with us according to our core values: SHIRA – Soul, Heart, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and help ensure that everyday life runs smoothly. The role of personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who matches the following: · Are a woman Live in the local area Wish to work with a woman in her 50s living in Stugun Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written A B-class driver's license is not required, but would be an advantage Are cheerful, energetic, curious, attentive, and calm It is also an advantage if you: Have experience with similar work Interests: Shopping, Cafés, restaurants Spending time with family
