Section Chief for Adult Rehabilitation Services

Job Responsibilities As section chief, you will provide direction, coordination, and development in an operation where trust, collaboration, and long-term perspective are crucial for achieving results. The assignment involves developing the organization's change capacity, creating good organizational conditions, and contributing to sustainable development over time. You lead the operation through subordinate unit managers and are responsible for operations, finances, work environment, and results. You are part of the management group for Rehabilitation and Assistive Devices and report directly to the operations manager. Qualifications We are looking for you who: • Have academic education in healthcare or other education that the employer considers equivalent. • Have experience in management within healthcare. • Experience in leading change and development initiatives. • Have experience leading operations with responsibility for finances, work environment, and results. • Create trust, participation, and clear priorities. • Understand the connection between work environment, culture, leadership, and operational results. Meritorious qualifications: • Experience from rehabilitation, rehabilitation services, or related operations. • Management or leadership training. • Experience in management or leadership in a complex knowledge organization. As a person, you are confident, clear, and communicative. You have good self-awareness, build trusting relationships, develop other leaders, and get people to work toward common goals.
