Section Head for Adult Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities As Section Head, you contribute direction, coordination, and development in an organization where trust, collaboration, and long-term perspective are crucial to achieving results. The role involves developing the organization's capacity for change, creating good organizational conditions, and contributing to sustainable development over time. You lead the operations through subordinate unit managers and are responsible for operations, finances, work environment, and results. You are part of the management group for Rehabilitation and Assistive Devices and report directly to the Operations Manager. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has academic education in health care or other education that the employer deems equivalent. • Has experience in management within health and medical services. • Has experience leading change and development initiatives. • Has experience leading operations with responsibility for finances, work environment, and results. • Creates trust, participation, and clear priorities. • Understands the connection between work environment, culture, leadership, and operational results. Meritorious: • Experience from rehabilitation, habilitation, or related activities. • Management or leadership training. • Experience in management or leadership in a complex knowledge organization. As a person, you are confident, clear, and communicative. You have good self-awareness, build relationships of trust, develop other leaders, and get people to work toward common goals.
