ABOUT THE POSITION
As a section manager with us, you have the important role of being responsible for your section's personnel, work environment and development. You are responsible for sales and planning/work management with both existing and potential customers, which means you will have extensive customer contact, both by phone and through customer meetings. You will work closely and exchange experiences with your internal section manager colleagues. In this role you will have results and budget responsibility. You will be part of the region's management group and report directly to the Regional Manager for Region Mitt.

We're looking for someone with high self-drive, who is social and enjoys building strong relationships – both with customers and colleagues. You are a natural leader who likes to coach and inspire others, and you have a business-minded approach and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and strong relationships.
We hope you have a technical education and relevant work experience. If you also have experience in technical inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), welding or materials science, that would be very valuable. Alternatively, you come from the customer side and currently work with procuring inspection and non-destructive testing services. You have experience in doing business, writing quotes, understanding contract terms and project management.
Further, we want you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license (category B).
