About the role As a manager and leader at the Swedish Tax Agency, you take a holistic view, create the right conditions, and act consciously in your daily work. You will be the manager of Personal Taxation Section 3 in Unit 4 within the Personal Taxation Department. You have personnel responsibility for 22 employees, are part of the unit's management group, and report to the unit manager. In the section, we work with national and international income taxation, employer contributions, and customer interactions. Your work location is Helsingborg. About you To do a good job and thrive at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be responsive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In your work, good judgment and understanding of legal security and data security are important. You must also live up to our employee policy. In this role, you should: - have the ability to see the whole picture with a focus on customer value - have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission - have the ability to act consciously in everyday situations based on good self-insight - be able to handle and analyze information flows, identify connections, set boundaries, and convey information - have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other. You should also have: - a higher education degree of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics or law, or several years of current experience in relevant investigative activities - current experience in leadership with personnel responsibility. It is desirable that you have current experience in tax activities. Good to know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Within the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management assignments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with a registry check under the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our work duties in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
