You'll be the manager of Section 6 at Unit 6 in the Population and Property Department. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees, participate in the unit's management group, and report to the unit manager. The section handles investigations and decisions regarding protected personal data, processes population registration matters, and issues ID cards for individuals with protected personal data. Your work location is Sundbyberg. Our operations are in constant development and change. In this job, you should: - have the ability to see the whole picture with a focus on customer value - have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission - have the ability to act intentionally in daily work based on good self-awareness - be able to handle and analyze information flows, see connections, define boundaries, and communicate information - have the ability to communicate clearly and create a climate where we listen to one another You should also have: - higher education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in social sciences, law, or several years of current experience working in a government agency - current experience of leadership with personnel responsibility in public administration It's desirable that you have experience in conveying information in a pedagogical manner and experience in general communication work. It's also desirable to have experience in leading and developing team-based working methods and experience in change management. Good to know Interviews will be held from week 34, 2026, onwards. The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. At Skatteverket, we apply management mandates of up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security clearance with record check under the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision.
