You will become the manager of one of the Swedish Tax Agency's crime prevention population registration sections. Section 8 of the Crime Prevention Department, Unit 1. You are responsible for approximately 20 employees located in Sundbyberg, Luleå, and Sollefteå. You are part of the unit's management group and report to the unit manager. In the section, we work on investigations related to unclear identities and unlawful population registrations. Our operations are in strong development, and in your role, you will be involved in driving new methods in both internal and external collaborations. About you To do a good job and thrive at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this position, you should: be able to see the big picture with a focus on customer value have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission have the ability to act deliberately in your daily work based on good self-awareness be able to handle and analyze information flows, identify connections, define boundaries, and communicate information have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other You should also have: relevant university education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) or several years of current leadership experience with personnel responsibility acquired from a government agency current and relevant leadership, coordination, or project management experience from a government agency It is desirable that you have relevant and current experience working within population registration. Good to know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Within the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply manager assignments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, with no limit on the number of extensions. This is a temporary assignment. The employment and assignment as section chief are time-limited until [date]. Business travel may occur. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security clearance with background check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision is made. For some of our work assignments in security classifications, Swedish citizenship is required.
