About Us: Segeltorp Health Center is a region-operated health center located in a charming residential area in Huddinge municipality, only 5 minutes by bus from Fruängen. We have approximately 7,300 registered patients, many elderly, and offer a well-functioning home care service. With us, you will work in a safe and cohesive work group of approximately 25 employees, including physicians, geriatricians, nurses, district nurses, psychologist, psychotherapist, medical foot care specialist, nursing assistants, REKO and physician secretaries. We have our own laboratory and an efficient occupational medicine team – all to provide our patients with the best possible care. We work according to close-up care principles and strive for personal contact with each patient. You will have varied work where you meet patients of all ages and handle both acute and chronic diseases, preventive efforts regarding lifestyle habits as well as mentoring. Experience from primary care is highly valued. Experience with TakeCare is meriting. You are committed to both medical quality and creating close relationships with patients. Employment: Fixed-term employment for 6 months. Full-time (100%). For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare: - a background check will be applied before employment decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks at employment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo an initial employment examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of Swedish language is required corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
