Job Description We are now recruiting several customer service advisors for SEB Phone Bank in Sundsvall. The next planned start date is October 13. The role involves handling incoming phone calls regarding various banking matters, where you will assist customers digitally over the phone. The position will begin with an extensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical components to provide the best foundation for success in the role. At our phone bank, you are SEB's voice to the outside world and hold one of the most important roles for our customers. The position is full-time and requires that you can work days, evenings, and weekends. You will have the opportunity to request your schedule. To be considered for the role, you must be able to work full-time. Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and wants to give every customer a positive experience with SEB. Those around you would describe you as energetic, collaborative, and engaged. You learn new things easily, are skilled at problem-solving, and are curious about our digital development. You also have a strong interest in banking and finance and view the position at SEB as a long-term opportunity.
