We at Solgläntan treatment home are now looking for a full-time treatment counselor who wants to become part of our team. We are looking for someone who wants to work with people in transition and who can be both a trusted role model and an active part of the daily treatment work. The role includes, among other things: - Facilitating treatment groups and lessons. - Conducting individual counseling sessions. - Overseeing and following up on documentation in Phase 2. - Participating in the facility's aftercare on Tuesdays. - Working approximately 1 weekend per month. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and comfortable with both meeting people individually and leading groups. We also require that you have a class B driver's license.
