About the Job As a Scrum Master for central monitoring, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and following up on the daily work within the team. The team is responsible for several central platforms for monitoring and understanding how applications and IT environments are performing. We work on continuously identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing technical vulnerabilities in the IT environment and managing the Swedish Tax Agency's central case management system. In your role as Scrum Master, you lead a team where each person has expert knowledge in their technical area. You lead and prioritize work through agile leadership, follow up on issues and incidents, and drive improvement initiatives and collaboration with other teams. You assist the team in applying an agile work approach, establishing team rules, estimating the team's work, and reporting the team's progress. You lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, demos, and retrospectives. As Scrum Master, you handle communication and coordination with other development teams and support the planning and implementation of joint development planning. We are responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for several government agencies. In this job, you should: - have good collaboration skills, be helpful, and have a good demeanor - be able to work independently, plan, and drive work forward - have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible and open to change - have good problem-solving skills, see patterns, and be able to make clear boundaries - be goal-focused and contribute to achieving the purpose of the organization - be clear in your communication and ensure that messages get through and that expectations are clear to everyone - communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish You should also have: - relevant post-secondary education in IT, or alternatively several years of relevant work experience in IT - several years of current and relevant work experience leading or coaching teams - several years of current and relevant work experience working agile It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with observability platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. It is also desirable that you have relevant and current experience working in a complex IT environment within a large organization.
