Description:

About the Position We are now seeking a schedule planner with experience in scheduling within the Disability Support Administration, Hisingen area. At the Schedule Planning Unit for Hisingen, ten planners work with scheduling and efficient resource utilization for various types of operations. The position as a planner involves independent work while also being an important part of our collaborative team where we support each other. We primarily work with Housing with Special Services and Daily Activities, as well as Short-term Operations. In the future, additional types of operations may be added. We are located in offices at Selma Lagerlöfs Torg. Your most important tasks will be to finalize schedules in Time Care Planning based on the scheduling process, where the operations' staffing requirements must be met. The starting point in the work is ensuring compliance with applicable laws and agreements, as well as maintaining staff influence through dialogue with the unit manager for each respective unit. The work requires that we be both principled with defined cut-off dates and deadlines, while also having understanding for the operations' many moving parts and constantly changing needs, which requires that we, within our framework, are flexible in our approach and can quickly respond to changes. In the completed schedule, we also work with absences, overtime, and shift changes, etc. The work also includes participating in following up and continuously working to improve working methods and develop the organization to maintain high quality in scheduling work. We would appreciate if you have an understanding of the needs of people with disabilities and insight into how the assignment for staff members affects scheduling. Our administration generally and the scheduling work specifically are on a development journey, and your tasks may change as we move toward a more efficient organization to meet the challenges of welfare. Does this sound interesting? We welcome your application! About You We are seeking someone who has completed upper secondary education and has good computer skills. You have experience with administrative work, with a particular focus on scheduling. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are a requirement. You must have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. If you do not meet the Swedish language requirements, you may be offered a language test through the test provider Educateit. A secondary or post-secondary education with an administrative focus is considered an advantage. Experience with direct work with service users in the disability support field is also a plus.
