About the Position As an SBA/fire safety coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing systematic fire safety work (SBA) in the operation. You actively work to ensure that governing documents are followed and that fire safety work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. In the role, you are responsible for inspection and management of fire alarm and sprinkler systems and understand how these systems interact with the building's other technical systems. You perform monthly inspections and quarterly tests of fire alarms and sprinklers, and contribute to structured and well-functioning fire safety work. You'll be part of an engaged team of approximately three employees working with fire safety at Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm. We continuously invest in competence development and team development, as hospitals are a strategically important part of our operations. About You We're looking for someone who is organized, takes responsibility, and has strong commitment to fire safety matters. You work thoroughly, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy planning, following up on, and developing working methods. You feel confident in your expertise and have a natural ability to build good relationships with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. To succeed in the role, you need: • Swedish Fire Safety Association's training in Fire Safety Coordinator or equivalent training/competence • Swedish Fire Safety Association's training in Fire Safety Manager blocks 1-3 and 4-5 with several years of experience • Upper secondary education • Training as Supervisor for Flammable Materials • Documented experience and at least five years of in-depth knowledge in systematic fire safety work • Experience planning and following up on fire safety work • Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, especially the Act on Protection against Accidents (LSO 2003:778) • Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and Microsoft Office • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license Meritorious • Experience with fire safety work in healthcare environments • Hot Work certification • Fall Protection • First Aid • Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System Technician • Basic knowledge in ABFF/AFF Why Choose Luotea At Luotea, you work alongside competent and engaged colleagues who together form the foundation of what Luotea is.
