Seasonal Worker - Tires & Workshop Support (2 positions) MECA Svensk Bilförädling – Högsbo, Gothenburg As the winter tire season approaches, we are looking for two seasonal workers for our workshop in Högsbo. We are one of Gothenburg's highest-rated workshops (4.8 out of 5), and during the fall, things move at a fast pace as customers switch to winter tires. As a seasonal worker, you will primarily work with wheel and tire changes, balancing, basic tire repairs, and tire storage/retrieval from our tire warehouse. You maintain order and pace, provide customers with a pleasant experience, and help ensure the season runs smoothly. You work as part of a team with our technicians. In addition to tire work, you will help prepare and develop our tire hall – for example, basic preparation, moving, and assembly work. The work is physical in nature and involves frequent lifting. Qualifications You should: • Be thorough, punctual, and reliable • Be able to work at a fast pace and enjoy physical work • Be able to communicate in Swedish or English • Have a B-class driver's license (you will move customers' vehicles) Merit Factors • Experience with tire and wheel work (tire machines, balancing) • Previous experience from a workshop or tire warehouse • Experience with basic workshop and assembly work • Customer service experience and fluent Swedish Employment Fixed-term employment October 1 – November 30, 2026, full-time. Training will be provided upon start before the season begins. Evening and weekend shifts may occur during peak season. Salary according to applicable collective agreement.
