About the Role As a Seasonal Worker, you'll work during peak season at various locations throughout Sweden with practical and service-oriented tasks in areas such as agriculture, tourism, or retail. This role suits you if you thrive with varying work tasks, enjoy working both outdoors and in teams, and want to contribute with quick learning ability and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do Harvest and process crops as well as pack products for delivery Work in customer service and retail as needed Perform cleaning tasks and basic maintenance Operate simple machinery and tools under supervision Follow safety procedures and report any deviations Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals Adapt to varying working hours and work conditions What You Bring High school education or equivalent; previous experience in fieldwork, retail, or service is a plus Good physical stamina and experience with practical outdoor work Strong communication skills in Swedish or English You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver top quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You are always eager to learn and help others learn at every workplace A driver's license and work permit when needed can be advantageous Salary and Employment Type There are opportunities for full-time, part-time, and on-demand employment — giving you flexibility to shape your work around your life.
