YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: organizing, coordinating, and ensuring installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply, storm drainage, and sewerage pipelines, fittings in managed buildings; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring that water supply and sewerage systems operate without disruptions, preventing water leaks and pipeline blockages, as well as performing pipe cleaning, repair, and replacement work; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring cleaning of filters at water meters, replacement and installation of water meters; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring technical supervision of cold water booster pump stations; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring reading of cold water meter readings at the building entrance; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring emergency response for water supply and sewerage system leaks; organizing, coordinating, and ensuring repair and maintenance of pipeline risers, their valves, and connections. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: secondary vocational or trade education (specialized basic education); professional work experience in similar work for at least 2 years; responsible attitude toward assigned responsibilities; state language proficiency level B2; B category driver's license.
