SIA "CDzP" is offering a position for a PLUMBER Job Responsibilities: · Perform all types of water supply and, when necessary, sewage system repairs and emergency prevention work on managed properties and multi-unit residential buildings, including full-cycle provision (site preparation, necessary work execution, workplace cleanup), as well as new installations and reconstructions when needed; · Fix damage to water, heating, and sewage systems and equipment, install and connect sanitary fixtures, and perform similar work according to work supervisor instructions; · Maintain water and sewage networks and heating systems; · Replace, install, and set up water meters; · Install and maintain sanitary fixtures; · Perform other plumbing work.
