About the Role As a Process Leader/Collaboration Leader with us, you'll play a central role in some of the country's most interesting and complex projects – often in the billion SEK range. You will advance societal development by: Being part of our team with Sweden's leading collaboration leaders Drive and develop collaboration processes in large construction and infrastructure projects Ensure that all stakeholders work toward common goals and increased efficiency Prevent and manage conflicts during the most critical phases of projects Work in a lean organization where learning and development are central You'll step into existing assignments – but are also expected to contribute to Prolog's continued growth. Who Are You? We believe you: Have at least 5 years of experience as a collaboration leader Have worked on larger projects (approximately 200+ MSEK) Have experience from the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector Have relevant education (e.g., civil engineer, economist, or behavioral scientist) Thrive in a role where you both challenge and are challenged Extra bonus if you have credentials for or are already a certified collaboration leader.
