The Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) conducts activities within defense intelligence, military intelligence, and military security. Main Responsibilities Are you service-oriented, do you enjoy coordinating and are you motivated by a varied day-to-day where you keep many parts together simultaneously? Then the role of cooperation coordinator might be right for you. As a cooperation coordinator, you have a central role in providing administrative and practical support to operations. You ensure that meetings, logistics, and administrative processes run smoothly and contribute to well-functioning international cooperation. The role includes, among other things: Coordinate the practical and logistical aspects of meetings within international cooperation Manage facilities and logistics in connection with national activities Handle both recurring and administrative tasks that arise as needed Coordinate administrative processes and ensure they are carried out in a structured and efficient manner Contribute to professional and service-oriented support to operations. The work involves collaboration with other departments both within Must and the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as with the Government Offices and other agencies. You have an ease for creating order and planning your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and work independently to achieve good results. You are also flexible and enjoy a day-to-day where no two days are the same. You easily adapt to changed circumstances, change pace, and reprioritize when the situation requires it. At the same time, you maintain a solution-oriented approach. Finally, you are collaboration-oriented and appreciate working together with others to achieve common goals. You are unpretentious, have good judgment, and a high security awareness, which contributes to good cooperation and a safe work environment. Qualifications Approved upper secondary school competence. Experience planning and coordinating meetings. Experience with and interest in administrative tasks. Good ability to communicate orally in English. Category B driver's license. Merits Experience working with matters and tasks requiring high security awareness. Experience working with matters of an international nature. Experience working at the Swedish Armed Forces or another agency. Experience with other driver training. The above qualifications must be able to be verified upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
