Independent Accountant

You will manage accounting from A to Z in a stable manufacturing company . You will handle payroll processing and complete personnel management for employees . You will ensure control and documentation of accounting records in the K2 ERP system . You will take care of VAT, control and summary reporting . You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with auditors and tax advisors . You will participate in digitalization and efficiency improvements of accounting processes – step by step, with support from colleagues . You will ensure compliance with procedures and standards with emphasis on quality and accuracy What kind of person suits us? . You like stable environments and clearly defined processes . You are patient, careful, and thorough . You can plan your work well and meet deadlines without losing quality . You work calmly and evenly, even when problems need to be solved . You follow rules and regulations, but you also know how to find practical and functional solutions . You prefer factual and logical communication What should you be able to do and know? . You have secondary or higher education in economics . Accounting in a manufacturing company is not unfamiliar to you . You can work with VAT, road tax, property tax, and handle monthly and annual financial statements . You use Excel and Word confidently and efficiently . You work carefully, reliably, and know how to organize your work well You will earn bonus points if: . You know the K2 accounting software . You can communicate in German (even with the help of a translator) What do we offer? . Compensation corresponding to your experience and results – we will fairly appreciate your work (entry salary 30 - 40,000,- Kč Btto) .
