Job Position Specification: Accounting and recording of tax and accounting operations in double-entry bookkeeping (construction activities with annual turnover approximately CZK 70 million - 3 cost centers), VAT payer (monthly frequency) and payroll management (approximately 35 employees) / recording of accounting operations and cash register management using HELIOS RED and PREMIER software. This accounting position is being offered due to the current employee's maternity leave (January 2027 - relocation with no expected return to the position). Start date possible immediately to ensure quality takeover of the accounting agenda and training in the accounting office operations. Qualification Requirements: general knowledge of tax and accounting record-keeping, knowledge of accounting and practical experience in double-entry bookkeeping and payroll management, knowledge and practical experience with accounting software preferably HELIOS RED / PREMIER, ability to work independently and responsibly with accounting tasks at a monthly frequency of approximately < 150 cash receipts / approximately < 150 received invoices / approximately < 40 issued invoices monthly / payroll management including wage records / social and health insurance contributions / income tax records for approximately 35 employees.
