Work location: Poděbrady Expected start date: upon completion of selection process or by agreement Employment type: Permanent position General position description: Managing the implementation of investment projects including oversight of execution progress, selecting and coordinating contractors and other project participants, from preparation through final project delivery. Continuous monitoring of budget fund utilization. Applicants must meet the following prerequisites: a) be a citizen of the Czech Republic, citizen of another EU member state, etc., b) have reached 18 years of age, c) have full legal capacity, d) be of good standing, i.e., have not been convicted by final judgment (§ 4 para. 2 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll.), e) speak Czech, f) meet other prerequisites for performing administrative activities as prescribed by law. Qualification prerequisites: University education in a master's degree program or university education in a bachelor's degree program. Employer requirements: - Education in construction or technical field (preferred), - Practical experience in public procurement or construction projects (preferred), - Independence, diligence, flexibility, - Basic computer skills, - Category B driver's license (preferred), - Willingness to learn and pursue further education. The applicant's written application for the announced selection process must contain the following information: a) name, surname, and title of applicant, b) date and place of birth of applicant, c) nationality of applicant, d) place of permanent residence of applicant, e) type and number of document proving identity and citizenship, f) date and signature of applicant. The applicant shall also include in the application a telephone number and e-mail address for communication with the applicant; contact address, if different from the applicant's place of permanent residence. The following documents must be attached to the application for the selection process: a) curriculum vitae listing information about previous employment and professional knowledge and skills related to administrative activities, b) extract from the Criminal Register not older than 3 months - may be replaced by a declaration of good standing when submitting the application (see attachment 3); for foreign citizens also an equivalent document attesting good standing issued by the home state not older than 3 months; if such document is not issued by the home state, good standing shall be documented by sworn statement, c) officially certified copy of the document on highest achieved (completed) education - may be submitted in simple copy when submitting the application, d) declaration - consent to processing of personal data (see attachment 2). Note: Applicant shall submit documents according to b) and c) to the municipal self-governing body no later than before signing the employment contract.
