About the Workplace We are now recruiting a Coordination Nursing Assistant (SAMO) for the Short-Term Unit! The Short-Term Unit serves individuals with short-term needs based on government decisions with clear goals tailored to each person's unique situation. The target group is very diverse, and each person at the unit faces their own challenges. The work is characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and the pursuit of the best possible interactions. At the Short-Term Unit, we work together in person-centered team collaboration – care staff, licensed personnel, and a unit manager. The Short-Term Unit is located at Ängsvik's special housing in central Henån, and we collaborate between units. Your Tasks The role of SAMO at the Short-Term Unit is brand new – this means that together with the work team, unit manager, and the wider team, you will have the opportunity to shape the role. SAMO is part of the daily care work and is responsible for, among other things: - ensuring structure at the unit - ensuring that users' Social Services Act and Health and Medical Services Act services are delivered - implementing applicable methods, procedures, and documents, and ensuring they are followed - developing work methods as needed - providing methodological support - maintaining the unit's coordination - assisting the unit manager with leading and allocating daily tasks - in consultation with the unit manager, securing staffing - mentoring - leading reflection About You We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant qualification and who can provide the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title. At least 3 years of prior experience in care work with delegated healthcare tasks is required. Experience in leading, planning, and coordinating is a merit. It is also a merit if you are a qualified specialist nursing assistant in, for example, palliative care. Mentor training is desirable and a merit. You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as your ability to work independently. You are a person who: - has strong planning, organizational, and structuring skills - can prioritize effectively - communicates well - solves problems and challenges constructively - has a good, person-centered approach - easily adapts to changing circumstances - sees opportunities in change - takes responsibility for your assignment and drives processes forward Since a significant part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, you need good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You also need good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks. Experience with Lifecare and SAMSA is a merit.
