In addition to work on harmful use and addiction, we also serve family members, both individually and in groups. We are also in a startup phase for work against domestic violence. You will collaborate with the region and Alingsås Municipality regarding sociomedical reception. In your role, you will supervise three curators at the reception and work closely with the region's nurse who also operates from the reception. You have special responsibility for developing and quality assuring the operations. You support employees in developing work methods, methods, and procedures, and you drive change and implementation processes. Together with the unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring that operations maintain high quality, are legally sound, and that residents receive the right support at the right time.
