WORK DUTIES The assignment combines coordination with nursing care work as a nursing assistant. You work closely with both colleagues and service users and become an important link between planning and practical work. As a coordinator, you support and guide your colleagues in daily operations. Together with the team, you ensure that each service user receives the right support based on their individual needs. Since nursing care work is part of the position, you need to have, or be prepared to receive, the delegations required to meet service users' needs. In this role you will, among other things: • coordinate and plan the unit's daily work • provide support and guidance to staff • work with scheduling and staffing • perform nursing care based on the service user's individual needs • collaborate with internal and external operations • contribute to structure, quality, and development of the unit's working methods QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who want to be part of developing an operation where no two days are the same. At the same time, you are attentive, communicative, and good at building trusting relationships. We are looking for you who have: • nursing assistant education and proof of protected professional title • B-driver's license • good collaboration skills and a clear team focus • flexibility and ability to handle rapid changes • ability to prioritize, create structure, and maintain focus • a secure and communicative ability to support colleagues It is a merit if you have: • experience from home care or similar operations • previous experience with coordination, planning, or management Employment form: Permanent employment.
