Your New Job As a regional coordinator in the department for inter-agency oversight, you are a vital part of the Swedish Work Environment Authority's government mandate to work together with eight other agencies to counteract workplace crime. Your role is to coordinate, develop, and monitor work at the regional center against workplace crime (AKC). By creating conditions for effective collaboration, you contribute to ensuring that the agencies' joint efforts gain traction and lead to concrete results. The work involves planning and coordinating inter-agency initiatives, preparing documentation for decisions, monitoring operations, and reporting results. You are also responsible for implementing national and regional decisions into practical work and contributing to the development of approaches that strengthen the fight against workplace crime. In this role, you collaborate with participating agencies, municipalities, labor market parties, and other relevant stakeholders. You also represent the AKC in regional and national contexts and contribute to experience sharing and development together with other centers in the country. Contact with media and giving presentations at conferences for external and internal stakeholders are part of the work. The work is based in central Örebro and you are physically on-site at least 3 days per week, partly at the AKC and partly at the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regional Örebro office. Your Background The role requires that you have: relevant higher education or university degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or other education that the employer deems equivalent several years of current experience working in public sector operations several years of experience coordinating, leading, or driving work across organizational boundaries very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written good oral proficiency in English a class B driver's license. It is meriting if you have: experience in project management, process management, or operations development experience working in a government agency current experience working with workplace crime, organized crime, or related societal issues. To succeed in this role, you need to have very good collaboration skills and enjoy building trustworthy relationships. You work structurally and results-oriented and have the ability to handle complex matters with good judgment and high integrity. The role also requires that you are interested in driving development and are committed to being transparent in your communication. In the selection process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Employment with us may involve the position being classified in a security class. A security clearance with or without background checks may therefore be conducted before an employment decision is made. For some of our work tasks in security-classified roles, Swedish citizenship is required. Security clearance is conducted according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
