This position is a combination role where you work approximately 50% in the operations and 50% with coordination. With us, you will have an important role in daily operations. You work close to both customers and colleagues and contribute to structure, continuity, and quality in our home care services. About the role As a coordinator, you are an important link between staff and the operations manager. You spend approximately half your time out in home care services and half your time on planning, coordination, and administration. The role includes, among other things: planning and coordinating daily work working with staffing and managing changes and absences working efficiently in our planning, documentation, and operations systems supporting colleagues in daily work contributing to good continuity and quality for our customers contacting customers, relatives, and other stakeholders working together with the operations manager to develop the operations. Who are we looking for? You are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working in home care or elder care. To succeed in this role, you need to be very comfortable working in digital systems. You have good system experience, learn new systems easily, and can work in a structured and efficient manner with digital planning and administration. You see systems as important tools for creating a well-functioning operation. Experience with planning, staffing, or a previous coordinating role is a merit. As a person, you are confident, solution-focused, and organized. You can prioritize and stay calm when conditions change quickly—something that is a natural part of everyday life in home care. At the same time, you enjoy the practical care work and meeting our customers. For us, it is important that our coordinator is part of the operations and understands both the customers' and staff members' daily lives.
