We are currently seeking a coordinator/group leader at 100% for our home care services in Haninge. Your main responsibilities will be to: - Schedule and staff home care services according to care decisions and privately purchased services via RUT. - Work with time registration and follow-up of employees. You will work closely with the Operations Manager. In addition, you are responsible for: - Recruitment - Onboarding of new staff - Internal audits, receipt management, and various office tasks. You will also be in contact with care coordinators at the municipality, as well as customers and their relatives. Assistansporten values continuity and customer influence; therefore, you will be the heart of the operation and the central connector. You have significant influence on the quality of home care services. Professional conduct toward customers, relatives, and employees is an absolute requirement. We work with the programs Mobile Care (Epsilon) and Lifecare. It is a great advantage if you have good computer skills and experience with any of these management systems. We also want you to have previously worked with similar tasks. Education Requirements: - Completed education in healthcare and social services or personnel administration with documented management experience. Great advantage if you have education in labor law and/or social law. Requirements: - Class B driver's license, as you must visit customers regularly; company vehicles are available. - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is an absolute requirement. Documentation experience. - Knowledge of other languages is highly advantageous. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Applications only via email.
