You have a good understanding of how digital tools can support residents, patients, and staff in healthcare processes. It is also an asset if you have experience or have worked with one or more of the following: Development work with digital solutions. Management work within IT or healthcare operations systems. Training, methodology support, change management, implementation, or support within healthcare. Management of procedures, information pages, forms, programs, or permission structures. What you will work with As a Coordinator, you will work with the management and implementation of digital solutions, with an emphasis on resident services, that meet the business's needs and contribute to benefits for residents, patients, and staff. You collaborate with other management objects, business representatives, technical expertise within the Digitalization Department, and in some cases, suppliers. You also contribute with a holistic perspective within your areas in relation to the department's other assignments. The role involves work close to operations where you contribute to coordinating and using resident services and digital healthcare support. The work includes both management and implementation of solutions as well as providing expert support in collaboration with business, the Digitalization Department (information technology and medical technology), and other relevant stakeholders. Examples of work tasks: Serve as a resource in management, reference groups, and networks within digital healthcare and resident services. Prepare materials for region-wide procedures and working methods for digital solutions. Prepare, update, and manage information, for example on the region's intranet. Serve as expert support within management objects, projects, and assignments. Support business areas in the use of digital healthcare support, for example 1177 e-services, 1177 form management, 1177 support and treatment, and Min vård Norrbotten. Monitor developments in digital healthcare, resident services, and business-oriented digitalization. Working hours are daytime 08.00-17.00. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
