About the Role
In this role, you'll be the technical engine of our production. You ensure that our machinery operates as it should – today, tomorrow, and in the long term. You work closely with production, with significant responsibility for planning, development, and quality assurance of everything related to technology and maintenance. You're a key player in both operations and development projects, and you're the one who ensures that technology not only works – but works exceptionally well.
Your Key Responsibilities
Technology & Improvement Work
Ensure high operational reliability through inspections, troubleshooting, and emergency interventions
Drive the development of our technology and machinery
Lead installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
Planning & Organization
Design and monitor preventive maintenance programs
Manage service contracts, maintenance budgets, and spare parts inventory
Plan major maintenance shutdowns and annual inspections
Support and train operators on technical matters
Participate in the Production Management Group's daily operations
Onboard new production personnel
Maintain close contact with suppliers and contractors
Your Profile

You ideally have experience with:
Maintenance engineering and operational reliability
Troubleshooting and improvement work
Industrial production / Lean
