About the Role As a coordinator, you'll be a central part of the transport unit, responsible for creating structure, flow, and quality in daily operations. You'll work closely with both staff and operations, and you'll play an important role in making everything function smoothly – every day. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can combine leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate and lead daily operations through planning, prioritization, and follow-up Be a present and supportive contact for staff, operational functions, and other partners Develop, implement, and follow up on procedures and work methods Ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable goals, agreements, and legal requirements Handle and follow up on deviations and contribute to continuous improvements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who: Holds a B and C driver's license (YKB is a merit) Has experience as a driver in transport or the waste/environmental sector Has experience in operational leadership, preferably in logistics, production, or waste management Has post-secondary education in, for example, leadership, logistics, or the environment (a merit) Has strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who Are You? You have a structured approach, feel confident in your leadership, and have the ability to make decisions when needed.
