As a coordinator, you contribute to developing and improving digital support tools by translating your knowledge of case management, case flows, and the interaction between purchasers and service providers into effective and sustainable working methods. The Quality Department coordinates and leads the District Administration's work with planning, follow-up, innovation, and development. The department is responsible for security and safety matters, IT support, and issues related to citizen participation and civil society. The IT unit provides support to operations throughout the district administration and to our two administrative offices. The position is located at our two administrative offices in the Northern Inner City. The team consists of eight employees. Your role As a coordinator for Social Systems*, you support users of social systems within both authority operations and service delivery operations, both internally within the administration and externally. The role involves significant independent responsibility and an independent work style, while you are part of a team with two colleagues in the same role where you work closely together. You also have a broad network of contacts within the organization. Your main responsibilities are to: - provide user support and be responsible for authorization procedures, training, troubleshooting, data maintenance, and updating the service provider catalog - report major errors and problems to system provider Vivicta and system administrators within operations-near administration - troubleshoot issues related to fees, compensation, and internal and external invoices - generate statistics from Social Systems and the Beslutsstöd reporting system - be an important contact person for the district administration's purchasing units, service delivery operations, and private service providers in the Northern Inner City. This includes informing about systems and conducting briefings for new hires and before upcoming system changes - collaborate with the city's system administrators for Social Systems and participate in central network meetings, where you contribute to anchoring needs for system development. Social Systems is undergoing comprehensive development and upgrade phases. You may therefore have a central role in implementing new features and working methods as well as serve as an important link between the administration and the city's system administrators. You also contribute your expertise to the district administration's work on preventing welfare fraud. The role includes conducting internal controls and providing administrative support. It is also important that you have an interest in how legislation, regulations, and governance and support documents affect the design and practical application of systems. *Social Systems is a collective term for the various systems that support Stockholm City's operations within social services, elderly care, and municipal health and medical care. To provide you with the best possible introduction and create good conditions for collaboration, work is primarily based at the office. Remote work can take place if needed by agreement with your manager. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone who has: - current experience working in Stockholm City's Social Systems with authority functions - a social work degree, behavioral science university degree, or other academic education that we consider relevant - good understanding of operational processes within social services, including the case management process, the service delivery process, and the flow from purchaser to service provider. You also have good knowledge of how case management, documentation, and case flows function in both theory and practice - good knowledge and current experience working in Excel, particularly with knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, and processing reports - good knowledge of the Office package - good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have: - experience working with system support for users - experience training and informing about Social Systems/other systems - training in statistics - data/IT education.
