This position is placed within the Culture unit, but the work will take place in close cooperation with the Labor Market Unit. Many events and exhibitions are arranged daily at the Fregatten Cultural Center. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Café Bryggan in the cultural center opened in mid-2025 and prepares and serves coffee breaks and light refreshments to the Cultural Center's visitors as well as to the house's conference guests and associations that hold events in the house. The café is operated in collaboration with the Labor Market Unit and is an important part of the municipality's work to help more residents enter employment and self-sufficiency. Within the café's operations, residents who are far from the labor market will be offered the opportunity for work training and adapted employment. As a coordinator, you will together with a supervisor from the Labor Market Unit have full responsibility for the café's operations, personnel management, and finances. Collaboration with the Labor Market Unit and also other units within the municipality will also be a central part of your assignment. The work is independent while you have an outward-facing role and participate in various types of networks and collaborations to develop the café. To enjoy this work, you need to be flexible and creative, able to plan long-term but also quickly grasp what is urgent right now. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Documented experience (minimum two years) from running café, conference, or restaurant operations, which has involved responsibility for finances, personnel, and operations. • Experience mentoring and supporting individuals who are currently outside the labor market and face challenges beyond unemployment, such as mental health issues, substance abuse, and/or weak Swedish language skills on their path to employment and self-sufficiency. • Good knowledge of labor market policy measures. • Is responsible, enterprising, and results-oriented as well as outward-facing and focused on network building. • Has good interpersonal skills with high social competence and a positive attitude.
