We are looking for We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent education or knowledge that the employer deems equivalent. We also see that you have good computer skills, that you can express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments. You work in a structured manner, prioritize, and take responsibility for your work in an efficient way. Furthermore, we see that you have clear communication with your surroundings and can adapt your way of communicating based on target audience and situation. You have the ability to act and make decisions in a thoughtful manner and can manage and analyze complex questions and problems. You also have a holistic view and work long-term based on the needs of the operations. What you will be working with As a coordinator, you will work with call-offs on existing procurement contracts regarding hired care personnel, competitive procurement processes, and management of the region's procurement matters concerning external staffing of care personnel. You are responsible for administering and conducting procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU). The work aims to achieve cost-effective procurement and more efficient collaboration between the region's Staffing Center and the call-off function. Start date by agreement; selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
