Duties The position is divided into two parts: Mostly clinical work as a nurse in primary care Coordinating responsibility for nursing operations and scheduling responsibility for nursing, healthcare assistant, and laboratory operations The clinical work includes, among other things, telephone advice, both acute and planned patient-related work, clinic work, medication management, and prescription of certain medications and medical devices. There are also responsibility assignments distributed based on interest and experience. We also work digitally in 1177 Direkt/Clinic 24. You will work with patients while having an important role in creating structure, planning, and ensuring adequate staffing. In your role as a coordinating nurse, you are responsible for: Schedule planning for nurses, healthcare assistants, and laboratory staff Handling of schedule changes due to, for example, sick leave Coordination of staffing in daily work Planning and setup of orientation for new employees Contributing to the development of work methods and routines With us, you work mostly independently with support from colleagues but also in teams, both within your own profession and with other professional categories. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, preferably with a specialist nursing degree with a focus on district nursing. You are a person who is collaborative and flexible.
