You will work with: Conducting surveys in urban planning Supporting the department's operational and strategic work Contributing to the municipality's urban development and city transformation projects Managing community contacts and consultations With us, you will be part of an engaged urban development department where collaboration, development, and innovative thinking are in focus. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, and curious – someone who is used to driving planning processes and wants to continue developing. We believe you have: Relevant higher education, for example in physical planning, urban planning, architecture, or similar Strong ability to apply legislation within the Planning and Building Act and Environmental Code Experience collaborating with many stakeholders and building trusting relationships Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented approach If you have previously worked in a politically governed organization, we see this as a merit.
