We are now looking for an engaged and driven sales manager for our store in Umeå. As a sales manager, you have an important role in the store's daily operations. You support the store manager in day-to-day operations, serve as a role model for the team, and help create an inspiring store where both customers and colleagues thrive. Responsibilities In your role as sales manager, you will work with: Supporting the store manager in daily operations and contributing to an engaged and well-functioning team Introducing, training, and further developing new and existing employees Providing continuous feedback and supporting colleagues in their development Customer service and sales Activelyworking with upselling and contributing to achieving the store's sales targets Following up on sales and relevant key metrics Ensuring good stock levels, proper merchandise care, and inspiring product displays Contributing to efficient merchandise flow and following up on any discrepancies in inventory Participating in store planning and contributing to achieving both short-term and long-term goals Cash register work, unpacking, and other tasks as needed in the store You always meet our customers with a smile and contribute to creating the best possible shopping experience. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in retail sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong commitment to sales and customer service. You are motivated by inspiring and developing others and thrive in a role where you can be a role model for your colleagues. You have a natural drive, take your own initiatives, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. If you have sales training or previous experience in a leadership role, that is an advantage. As a person, you are engaged, service-oriented, and have good teamwork abilities. You are passionate about creating a good customer experience and are driven to develop both the team and the business. Terms This is a permanent position at 80% that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is immediately or by agreement. Working hours vary and include work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We apply wages according to the collective agreement with Handelsanställdas förbund.
