We are looking for a sales manager for our Kitchen and Bakery departments. About the position: As a sales manager, you create together with your colleagues an efficient operation with a sales-focused department to achieve the department's key metrics. This is done through good routines, collaboration, good planning, and fantastic customer service. The departments should be run with a focus on value for money and simplicity for customers. You work closely with your sales manager, and together you ensure that the daily operations of the department maintain a high standard and continue to develop. You ensure that the department operates profitably with a focus on sales, margins, and waste reduction. In addition, you are responsible for making sure the department looks inviting to customers and creates (more) sales. You plan, implement, and engage staff for various sales campaigns and meal displays, among other things. As a person: You are results-oriented and action-driven with the ability to carry out activities that create efficient store operations. You should welcome new trends and be open to new challenges while always keeping profitability and efficiency in mind. We see that you are social and responsive to customer needs and enjoy being active among both employees and customers.
