About the Position As a sales manager/project leader, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the entire business – from the first customer contact to the completed steel hall. You work closely with customers, designers, and production, becoming the connecting link throughout the entire project. Your Responsibilities: • Develop the market and create new business relationships • Prepare calculations and quotations • Drive projects from start to completed building • Manage customer dialogue and follow-up • Coordinate between customer, design, and production • Participate in project meetings • Prepare project documentation (e.g., timelines, checklists, and descriptions) • Contribute to development of product information and internal processes This is a permanent position with placement according to agreement directly with our client Västanfors Steel Buildings. A probationary period will apply. About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about business and long-term relationships, with the drive to work in a role with significant personal responsibility. You are confident, trustworthy, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. With your drive and structure, you ensure that projects are delivered with high quality – every time. For this role, we would like you to have: • Experience from the construction industry or related field in a customer-facing role • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner • A business-minded and solution-oriented approach • Valid driver's license (Category B) • Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and willingness to develop in the role. Since our founding in 1953, Västanfors Steel Buildings has constructed over 7,000 steel halls, from small storage facilities to large sports arenas and aircraft hangars. Our buildings can be found throughout the country, from Haparanda in the north to Malmö in the south. Completed buildings assembled in-house – the safe and quality alternative – is our philosophy. The buildings are designed by our designers at the office in Fagersta using the latest 3D technology. The steel frames are then welded together, followed by rust protection and painting in Västanfors' own workshop on the other side of the courtyard.
