The assignment involves working independently to establish contact, generate interest, and present business opportunities linked to companies in expansion phase.
The work is conducted remotely and requires high activity level, organization, and personal responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via phone and digital channels
Follow up on leads and conduct outreach
Schedule and conduct digital meetings
Present companies and their development plans in a professional manner
Build and maintain long-term business relationships
Take responsibility for the entire process from initial contact to handover
Qualifications
Experience in sales, phone contact, or similar work is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
Independent, organized, and results-oriented
Ability to work toward set goals and handle a fast pace
Fluent Swedish or English in speech and writing
Employment Terms and Conditions
Consultant assignment (not permanent employment)
Work is conducted remotely
Compensation is provided through a commission-based model
Working hours and structure are largely determined by the consultant
Additional Information
The role involves contact, presentation, and relationship building.
All further handling in the process is done by the client. The consultant does not handle payments or administrative transactions.
